HarperPerennial, New York. (2007). Trade paperback. 224 pages. (5¼ X 7). Introduction by Brian Lake and Russell Ash. This edition was originally published in England under the title of Fish Who Answer the Telephone. It’s difficult to tell, but this appears to be a completely new group of books with bizarre titles and subjects.
